I'm currently married and will be celebrating my fifth year with my wife in 2006.  Currently we have not been blessed with human children, however we do have a Jack Russell Terrier, Gigi that is just great!  Recently she had her first litter of puppies and we ended up falling in love with the runt, and the first male, Rudy. 

I have been in the real estate industry for over 13.5 years and currently hold two Broker's licenses - one in California and another in Nevada. 

In my "spare" time (what a laugh) I am a full-time college student working to complete my MBA (expected completion date is December 16, 2006).
